Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Mr Camping Vancouver, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If rejected, we will provide details on the reason for the rejection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at mrcampingvancouver@gmail.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
